Look, I didn’t buy this ring because I wanted a "timeless heirloom." I bought it because I wanted to feel like a villain in a soap opera who just successfully contested a will. The "stone" is approximately the size of a medium sized grape, or perhaps a small, very shiny potato. When it arrived, I put it on and immediately felt the urge to buy a floor length faux fur robe and start referring to everyone as "darling" while holding a glass of sparkling cider.
