When the ring arrived it was a size to big which is my fault but when we called customer support to send it in to have sized the said to call back at a later time cause they said if we sent it in “it would just get lost man” um ok. The plating wore off in a couple days also

I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of this Diamond I purchased. After getting it was wrong size. I emailed and left several messages but no return email or call back. I finally got an answer after trying 3-4 times. They didn’t really help me much so not impressed after all.
