It is stamped with the “Cartier FWG638 AU750 (c)” to look authentic. It is only 18K gold plated, so it is not like the original, which is 75% gold and alloy. This is a high quality replica. Instead of diamonds, it has cubic zirconia. The description on the website mentioned “like Moissanite.” The cubic zirconia are bright and dazzling, though, and appear to be Grade 5A, the highest grade for cut, clarity, radiance, and color. The engraving for the serial numbers and marks are well done and could pass for the real thing. The bracelet is super shiny and well polished. The weight feels real but not too heavy. The bracelet opens below the nail head. You simply push the stem of the nail head down and then pull it out. It can be a little difficult to remove off your wrist by yourself, but it is easier done when sitting down and using a table, chair arm, or leg to push against to open it. Be sure the surface is fabric or towel covered to prevent scratches while opening the bracelet. Au750 is a standard jewelry mark indicating the metal purity. "Au" is the chemical symbol for gold (aurum), and "750" means the item is made of 750 parts per thousand of pure gold, or 75% pure gold. This is the international standard for 18-karat (18K) gold. The remaining 25% consists of other metals (alloys) added to enhance the gold's durability and strength for everyday wear. Because it is gold plated, it is hypoallergenic. After wearing this bracelet for 12 hours, I had no allergic reaction. The avant-garde style is both amusing and fashion forward. It is artistic and bold yet minimalist. It goes with many outfits. I like the authentic appearing 18k rose gold plating, and AAA quality Cubic Zirconia jewels. For reference, I have a 6.75" circumference wrist, and I ordered the 19 cm size. It fits a bit looser than I would prefer. I wish an 18 cm size was offered, because my wrist falls between 17 cm and 19 cm. One of the frustrating aspects of this bracelet is the hidden clasp. It's located on the inside of the jeweled nail head. The releasing mechanism is very tight and difficult to unlock and re-attach. I found myself struggling with it more than I would like, especially when I'm in a hurry to get dressed and out of the house in the morning. This bracelet has a stylish 'nail' aesthetic, but there are several functional and descriptive issues that potential buyers should be aware of. The Clasp & Fit: The most significant problem is the clasp mechanism. To open it, you have to push down and pull out simultaneously. In practice, this was an absolute nightmare to do one-handed. I struggled significantly just to get it off my wrist. Furthermore, I have a 7-inch wrist and this felt very large on me. Inaccurate Stamping & Materials: The internal markings on the bracelet are very confusing and do not match the product listing. While the listing correctly identifies this as plated brass and Cubic Zirconia, the interior of the bracelet is stamped with 'Au750' (the hallmark for solid 18K gold) and a luxury brand name. I tested the stones and they are not Moissanite as mentioned in the title, and the metal is certainly not solid gold. These misleading 'prestige' stamps are very odd for a budget-friendly fashion piece. Quality & Finish: The rose gold plating and the stones look fine from a distance, but the overall user experience is lacking.
