I do use a lot of stainless fasteners. Fender washers are nice to have in many applications for the extra bearing surface, and this set contains a nice variety of smaller sizes. I've purchased a few generic fastener sets and find I'm often happy to be able to reach for the right screw or nut for a particular job, without having to buy a box or very expensive single fasteners from the hardware store. This set is a good addition to that library of odd fasteners. The washers themselves are OK- not as polished as some and some of the edges are a bit sharp rather than rounded. But considering the cost and the usefulness I'd call that a minor quibble. ... show more

Fender washers can solve a lot of connection and attachment problems, and this set has a nice variety of sizes. It includes selections from M3 all the way up to M25. This is great to have on hand for so many situations where you need a large diameter washer for a smaller screw size. The convenience of this set makes it very worthwhile so that you don’t need to make a trip to the hardware store or home center when you are in the middle of a project. In the time and gas saved alone, it is a super bargain. The fender washers are well-made, and they are nicely organized in a plastic case with a section for each washer size.
