Needed to replace the ball joints on my 02 F-150 upper and lower. Ordered the 16 pc kit and it was about $200 more than the quote I got from my shop! The parts all fit without problems and the truck drives and handles like New! The mechanic said the parts looked to be very good quality. No stars! They made me choose a star in order to post. Does not deserve that 1 star that I had to select. Use the up close picture to orient yourself to the two Shock absorber bolts that are in place. They are compression bolts, and should have been factory installed. They couldn’t because the holes were made too large, and instead of pulling this part as scrap they just tossed the bolts into the bag. They are supposed to be pressed in, and they were for the left side lower A-frame. The issue is that the holes on this right side lower A-frame are too big so they couldn’t be pressed in. They literally fall in. So they just threw the bolts in the bag, sealed it up, and passed it along as if it was properly done. Quality control obviously was nonexistent or completely missed this as well. I would like to get the part replaced, but of course we are trying to install it right now so I’m submitting an extremely disappointed review. CHECK YOUR PARTS!! Had to weld the bolts from the top so they wouldn’t spin when we go to put the shock absorber in. These bolts hold it in from the bottom. So very frustrating and added a lot of time to the job!!!!! We should be refunded at least the money for this part, and our time correcting the error so I could finish this job. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!!! ... show more

Somewhat skeptical prior to purchase but after talking to a local auto parts store they had the same parts with the made in China branding. Be sure and grease all points as they were dry .
