The dotted balloons , orange balloons and stars were the only neon balloons. Most Colors are not as pictured. Most did not glow as advertised and definitely not uv for blacklight. Disappointed that I had to buy different ones to add to the garland Also they had a very strong chemical smell.

This arch took me about 45 min. It came with plenty of balloons. I have enough left over to do another mini arch. It has lasted over a week. The last pic is the arch over a week later. I only had one that had a hole. The rest were good. Came with everything I needed. Good quality and good price.

The kit did what I needed and it was nice, however don't be fooled they are NOT neon as the picture depicts. Which was disappointing. Others mentioned the smell and there def is a smell when you open, wasn't noticeable after awhile. Would probably just buy the black balloons and spike ones seperate and pick your own colors from your local store if you want specific colors.     • Tastes/smells like they were dipped in gasoline

These glow under a blacklight beautifully however, you will need a pump to blow them up. Do NOT use your mouth! They taste and smell like gasoline!!! In fact, I am debating returning them because these are clearly toxic. Maybe I can make sure they stay out of reach.
