It did not have a key, even though this was listed in the description on Amazon. I searched every single zipper compartment inside of the luggage, searched the box that it came in, etc., but no key was found. I’m hoping just a generic TSC key will work and that I can find one of these at a brick and mortar store, because I don’t feel like going through the hassle of writing to a company in China to get the key sent to me, and I don’t feel like going through the hassle of sending the whole thing back either. Can’t say much about the durability yet because I’m just starting to use it now. The color is nice. I still have to stoop a bit to drag it behind me with the handle fully telescoped, but that’s not unusual because I’m tall. I do wish it would telescope a bit more though, because the whole point of using a rolling item is to reduce some of the wear and tear on my spine, which isn’t really happening when I’m still tilted to one side and hunched over. ... show more
