great value. we like to switch to candlelight the last hour or so before going to bed and use these daily. been using them the last two years, a box of 36 (10" white tapers) lasts us a long time. we typically burn 2-3 at a time, somewhere between 30 and 90 minutes daily and two boxes have lasted us for a little over a year. conservative math says that means each candle is lasting somewhere in the neighborhood of 10 hours! regarding the many reviews complaining of dripping and fast burn time: these have a large, bright flame. if you put them somewhere that there is a lot of air movement, even gentle air movement, (breezes, people moving around, overhead fans, etc) they WILL drip a lot and burn down much faster. if you're using them somewhere with calm air, they last a really long time and hardly drip at all. this is why the reviews are all over the place regarding dripping and burn time. I believe this is true of almost any taper style candle, though, except maybe the ones with the crinkle metallic coating. ... show more

I bought these candlesticks for a dinner party, and they definitely added a beautiful, warm, intimate touch to the table. I lit them around 6 PM, and by about 7:20 PM they had completely burned down. For what I needed, the short burn time was actually fine — they were perfect for the moment and looked lovely in photos. Just a small note for anyone buying: they do melt down fairly quickly and can leave a bit of wax behind, so just be mindful of where you place them. It wasn’t too messy, but something to be aware of. Overall gave 5 starts because for the price, they were exactly what I needed and created the look I was going for. They are completely scentless and burn quickly. They produce a good amount of drip if you are wanting melting wax. All the wicks came good and they are a nice size for a quick burn. Colors are basic and exactly like the pictures.

These candles burn much quicker than expected. I tested 5 candles in a five arm candelabra twice (so ten candles total). They lasted between 3-6 hours and majority lasted only about 4 hours. Significantly shorter than the advertised time. They dripped much more than dripless candles should even though I made sure they were very level and in huriccane glasses to protect from any air movement, The color is good, they are scentless, and don't produce much smoke. I also didn't need to trim the wicks for hardly any. So overall, fine for personal use and the price but I was testing for my wedding & wedding events and I definitely will NOT be purchasing more of them for that. ... show more
