I ordered these fillable Christmas ornaments for a project that I had with Disney figures we got from the McD's 100th celebration. These wound up being too small for that project as the balls are probably 2/3 the size of a "regular" ornamental ball. We found great use for them though with the miniature Funko advent calendar figures and these were perfect with a little fillable cotton to keep them in place. I like how this set also includes little decorative beads to add inside! Great for projects - check your size though when ordering!

The ornament my 8 year old made out of this set, was very easy to put together. So simple in fact, that it took him 5 minutes to make it. The pieces fit perfectly together, and they hold firmly enough, that very little glue or adhesive would be needed to make it bond together permanently. The finished ornament is the size of an average christmas bulb, and it coming together in the center, gives ample room to decorate both sides equally before closing. It also will make adding photos a much simpler process than the bulbs that only have the small hole at the top. Overall these are a fantastic choice for handmade ornaments, and I plan on sitting down as a family, and having everyone make their own for our family tree. This is a super fun and very easy way to make custom/personalized ornaments, and I would certainly purchase these again in the future. The plastic is thicker, solid, and I have zero complaints with this set. It was a better quality than I honestly expected. Please note that the set is the globes, elastic string, and some really cute decorative balls. The pipe cleaners, bows, glitter, and stickers, were all craft supplies we purchased separately. Regardless, as just the package of empty DIY ornaments, i feel These are a 5 star product all day long.
