I’ve wasted money as this is a very inferior product , bovine are very cheap , most came broken and sone when I use it broke while in use

    • Just What I Needed for making Free Standing Lace!
I have to admit it...I am TERRIBLE at winding bobbins! I have no clue why some are perfect and some are really messed up, but I finally gave up and use all pre-wound bobbins that I buy here on Amazon! They work great! While for most machine embroidery, you just use white, when you make Free Standing Lace, you need your bobbin color to Match your upper thread color! Well, this box of 144 bobbins of lovely colors (6 of each color; 24 colors) is PERFECT for my needs! I like to make earrings, and they are of Free Standing Lace, so I use these colors quite a bit. This was the second box that I purchased, since I was so pleased with the first one. I got some colors that are different from those in the first box, and I liked that; the more colors, the merrier!     • these are not cotton, they are shiny threads
When I purchased this set I seem to have missed that the thread was shiny, not dull like cotton, its polyester sateen. Will be fabulous as the other side/back of my machine embroidery projects but as its polyester sateen I will not be using it on alot of other of my projects which is a shame, there's so many pre-would bobbins and a fabulous selection of colors!! ... show more
