This tool chest came really well-packaged, thick protective material all around so nothing got scratched or dented during shipping. I could tell right away it’s made from sturdy metal, and the black powder-coated finish looks really nice. The drawers open and close smoothly, and the ball-bearing slides feel solid. I love that every drawer has an anti-slip liner already inside, which keeps my tools from sliding around. The roller wheels move easily and lock in place when I need it to stay put. It’s nice that it can be separated into two sections, I use the top part on my workbench and the bottom as a rolling cabinet. The hooks on the side are handy for hanging tools I grab often. The drawers are deep and hold a good amount of weight without sticking. Assembly was pretty easy too, just needed a few minutes to get it all set up. This tool box is great quality all around. It had a few small dents upon arrival, but nothing devastating. I was able to bend most of the dented pieces back into shape, and they look fine. I didn't have high expectations for this to box considering the price, but I'm pleasantly surprised. It's plenty big enough and strong enough to hold most of my tools. I like the color, the weight, the finish, and the build quality. My biggest complaint is that there are two sets of keys, and that the key that opens the top is different from the one that opens the bottom. That's silly to me. Make them the same. The overall size isn't really "big", but it's bigger than quite a few other options (one I saw looked like a child's toy). It wouldn't be a bad idea to snag a few of these in different colors. Almost 69 years old and I’ve pretty much always worked out of a small toolbox and decided to treat myself to a big rolling tool cabinet, stocked with tools! This one looked really nice and the price seemed right, so I bought it. When it arrived, the drawers were all uneven, and it was bent to hell! I had to use a rubber mallet and pliers to straighten everything out. Long story, but it had to go up north to our cottage the next day and I guess I decided I could live with the damage… When I got up north, I put all the tools in, and the casters all bent with the cheap and thin steel on the bottom! It would no longer roll and was useless! I bought screwdrivers, wrenches and pliers, etc.… Kind of normal stuff you would put in a tool chest. This thing is so cheap and I literally would not want my kids, grandkids or pets anywhere near it because it looks like it could fall over anytime! I went at it with the seller and they gave me $106 refund, but I still lost 178 bucks on the deal!. So, I guess I can’t bash the seller too much, but I would highly recommend that you spend a couple extra bucks and get something good from Home Depot, like I did! So happy and this thing is now down at the road, ready for parbage pickup, where it belongs! ... show more
