I installed these on a DR stump grinder. I had to use a angle grinder and die grinder to cut the grooves to match the original proprietary to DR. It was a little time consuming, but it worked. DR doesn’t sell these anymore. These worked great; I was surprised how much of an improvement.

These fit perfectly on my old skid steer stump grinder (unknown brand). It's middle of winter now so I haven't had an opportunity to use them yet, but they fit well and appear to be of good quality. I will update the review after I have some cutting time on them.

They seem to be of weaker metal. Had 3 bent after a few jobs. Could have been from something unrelated, but never had that happen before

    • These are OK for backup tools but not for daily grinding.
I mean for the price I guess they’re OK but the very first time you start hitting rocks or any foreign object maybe a Chuck CONCRETE it cracks the tips. The more expensive carbide ones don’t do this, these definitely won’t make it 40 hours I’d say five hours of grinding and they’re pretty much done. Very disappointing. That being said for the money they’re probably OK to keep on the truck for backups. ... show more
