We set this up for an event our company sponsored and it was a HUGE hit! We seriously had a line at our table the entire evening. We used it to give away handout prizes. We already planned to give the stuff out, but something about spinning a wheel made everyone want to come and give it a try! If you're looking to grab attention at a booth, fair, tradeshow, etc. this item is perfect. Instead of using the whiteboard marker, we just printed and cut out little slips of paper and taped them on using double-sided tape on the back of the paper. Worked great! It was pretty easy to assemble, my fingers just got a little tired putting the screws on but aside from that it went together easily. It probably got about 600 spins at our event and is still standing strong, so I'd say it's fairly sturdy. The base isn't as heavy as I expected considering the "Heavy Duty" in the title, but it still stood up well. One thing to point out is that if you tighten the washer/screw on the back of the wheel too much, the wheel won't spin very well. I could barely get it to do a solid spin around the wheel so I loosened the back screw just a hair and it worked great after that! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The wheel was inexpensive, but well made. Nice colors, solid/foam wheel. The stand is nice and sturdy. There is a clear plastic disk that covers the colors so you can write on it or take it off and write on the colored spaces with dry erase. I would elect to keep it on. Problem: The wheel will be too tight and struggle to spin when mounted to the stand with the washer and the wing nut provided. Upgrade or fix: You will need to get an 11/16 nylon locking nut from Lowes or hardware store, which will allow the wheel to spin freely on the axle. The nylon nut will allow you to tighten it down just enough to keep some space on the axle that will permit freedom of movement. ... show more

This wheel was easy to assemble, very sturdy base and wheel and definitely worth the value! I used it at my Book Fair and the kids loved it! The ticking of the wheel was great and it did not move when spun! And it was spun ALOT! It spins very smoothly, too. I like that it had a nice decent base so it couldn't tip over. It's kinda heavy, surprisingly. Came in 2 or 3 days! Love the different colors and so did the students! They were very excited about it! Totally worth it! This is a good sturdy wheel. I am looking forward to use this in my classroom this year. The only disappointing part was that when I received the product it was missing one vital screw. What is frustrating is that I had to ship the whole unit back for that one piece. What a waste of resources. This was an easy to assemble and seemingly quality prize wheel. I used it for a community event and the second spin caused the ticker to snap right off. I had to use packing tape to get it back on.

This product was not well made and very cheap. It fell apart almost immediatly. The nuts came lose and flew off not long after assembly. The seller wouldn't respond to issues when I requested. When I finally found the right sized nuts to replace it with, the piece at the top flew off and had to be duck taped in order to get it to stay on.
