Its OEM size ensures compatibility with various applications, including residential load center and appliance circuit breaker panels, micro-commercial distribution panels, pool equipment distribution panels, residential transfer distribution switch panels, and more.
  • The 115 1-Pole circuit breaker is designed for use with a maximum voltage rating of 240 V and offers a standard interrupting rating of 10 kA at 240 V. It is suitable for both long-term and transient applications in Cutler Hammer load centers. Multi-pole breakers feature an internal common trip connection to ensure simultaneous operation of all poles. Additionally, the handles are clearly marked with On-Off indications and the breaker's ampere rating for easy identification.

I purchased this 60A breaker for a 45A load, and after completing the installation it tripped almost immediately. I re-checked the installation and terminations (which were fine) and it tripped again. I then reduced the breaker load to 40A and after about 6 minutes it tripped again (twice). SOLUTION: Went to local supply house and bought an EATON breaker, installed in the panel, and it is working properly! BOTTOM-LINE: This breaker may look like the original product, and fit into the panel, but that's where the similarity ends. Don't waste your time (and money) on this item as it is not an equal to the original. ... show more

It is a bit sketchy that it's not certified. So technically it wouldn't pass scrutiny for compliance. I am using it on a sub-panel were it's not even close to the rating, so I am not too concerned. The look and feel is not too much different than one I picked up from HD.
