It came with a 1-year limited warranty as promised, and it also gave me 60 days to purchase Applecare (which I did) and three months of free Apple services like Apple Music, Apple Acrade, and Apple TV. It came with no scratches, and it looked brand new. The box had a charging cable and port, an Apple booklet, and stickers. It was worth the price and did not feel like it was refurbished at all! Thanks for the sale!

I just received (yesterday) my new iPad Pro 11 wifi+cellular 2TB 3rd Gen (current model is 4th gen) tablet. The price from this seller (Expercom) was so low that I thought there must be a catch. I couldn't see a "Condition" in the product details. But, after I added it to my cart and went through checkout, I could see somewhere in there that it said "Condition: New". I still figured there must be a catch. A refurb? A grey market item? I didn't know. The price was less than a Certified Refurb from Apple. Nope. It arrived yesterday in the normal shrink-wrapped white box, inside a sealed brown cardboard box - exactly as it shipped from Apple. I activated it and then purchased AppleCare coverage. All good. I couldn't see anywhere to buy AppleCare during the purchase process from Amazon. That was another thing that had me skeptical. So, I bought the Asurion 2-yr coverage during checkout. After I got it and activated it, I checked the serial number on Apple's website (checkcoverage.apple.com). It checked out as legit, with my warranty starting yesterday when I activated it. There, it gave me the option to purchase AppleCare. I did that and then came back to Amazon and did a Return on the Asurion coverage for a full refund. Truly an amazing deal on a really, really nice iPad.

This device is amazing. Sleek, fast with m1, screen is beautiful. All that Apple needs to do is to update iPadOS so that it has better: 1) multitasking and windowing support; 2) a file management app that actually has a format media and an unmount media function (as it stands you can’t currently unmount your external disk safely on iPadOS14.. which can lead to data loss, and you also can’t format a disk using the iPad); 3) multi-monitor support that uses the full aspect ratio of the external display and can display in extended mode. As it stands, the current implementation on iPadOS is to display a mirrored image of the iPad’s screen onto an external monitor. There’s no ability on a system level to display a separate image on the external monitor (some apps have this function but it’s a per-app feature rather than a system wide feature). This defeats the whole point of using a monitor with the iPad in the first place. I don’t want the image to be mirrored. The second issue with multi monitor support is a more egregious limitation in my opinion. That is, the iPad will not by default display an image on the external monitor in its native aspect ratio. Most monitors these days are 16x9 or 16x10, but the iPad will by default display its image in 4x3 mode, meaning there will be black bars to the sides of the image on the external monitor. This is egregious. The iPad only uses a portion of the external monitor instead of using the whole screen. The very same m1 chip inside the iPad Pro is also inside of various macs, and all of these m1 devices except the iPad can display an image to an external monitor in the monitor’s native aspect ratio. So this is a limitation that Apple has chosen to allow to exist. Apple really needs to fix this. But other than these quirks and limitations, the iPad Pro is a fabulous device. I love it.

I love the size of the screen of this iPad. I use it sometimes in my work and mount it on a swivel clamp holder and works great at all heights and a goes. Been a joy to use and is vey fast and reliable. Great clear visible screen and touch I great. I also purchased the iPad folio to protect and carry it. Great purchase.

I had this iPad and I needed to get my husband one and since I enjoy mine so much I got him the same one. I chose it based on the great price, the 1 TB storage space, and the nice size screen. It is thin and lightweight. It has a great display and takes fantastic pictures.

I bought this to replace my previous IPad Pro (2018 64GB) because it was getting hard to use Clip Studio Paint on it due to low storage. This doesn’t have that issue. It’s faster and has way more storage (2TB). I was skeptical at first buying an IPad over Amazon, but I’ve been using it over a year and haven’t had any issues. Clip Studio Paint has been so easy to use on this IPad. Also it transferred all of my data from my previous IPad to this new IPad. It even had the same background pic and all my settings in Clip Studio Paint were just like the previous IPad (custom brushes I created, custom organization, and my downloads from Clip Studio Assets). It’s honestly my favorite thing I’ve gotten off Amazon.
