I used some of these neon balloons for a balloon arch at a school glow party. I did not have a black light pointed directly at them as I was out of near by outlets. I love the look these balloons have and how bug they can get before popping. They survived a toddler's attacks and multiple adults walking through them on the ground. They did come with a pretty terrible chemical small that was super off-putting at first, but pretty easy to get past.
