Ok, so, I offered my friend a place to live while he detoxed from meth and got back on his feet (found a job, a place of his own, etc). I told him I was not going to police him or his activities because his sobriety was his responsibility, but I would reserve the right to drug test him at will. He agreed. The tests I found at local retail outlets were single panel and expensive so I decided to try Amazon and found exactly what I wanted at a much better price. I ordered 10 Panel Dip Drug Testing Kit, Test for 10 Different Drugs. and they arrived within a couple of days. He tested positive for 3 of the panels, denied he'd done anything and suggested something he ate may have triggered a false positive but I found his stash and paraphernalia a few days later...so, yeah...they work and I would say they are pretty accurate. It was quick and easy to do. Asked him to pee in a cup, dipped the test into the urine and waited for the results. In this case, the results appeared within seconds. You're looking for two lines to appear on each panel. If the test line doesn't show up in any one of the panels, it means they are testing dirty for that drug. Yes, there are things that could potentially trigger a false positive - do your research - but if the person has a history of drug abuse and their drug of choice appears in their urine...uhm...it's probably not a false positive, okay? Anyway, the same friend ended up going into a rehab facility and upon leaving the program needed a place to stay for a few weeks... I've done more research and found out urine tests can be faked whereas saliva tests are nearly impossible to fake, so I decided to purchase some 10 Pack of 12-Panel Saliva Drug Screening Kit including Alcohol Test - Most Hygienic Drug Test Available - Instant Results - Test For 12 Drugs and Alcohol In 2 Easy Steps. ,too. They cost a little more but I think it's worth it. These tests arrived within a few days, as well, and are just as easy to use. Another advantage of the saliva test is you can save yourself the discomfort of watching the person pee in a cup. I had him stick the wand in his mouth for several minutes until it was drenched in his saliva. Then slipped the wand into the little cup. Closing the container presses the tip of the saturated wand against the bottom and edges of the little cup, squeezing the saliva out and coating the panels. I waited about 5-10 minutes and had his results. Same deal: looking for the 2 lines on each panel. It was clean and I can only assume this was accurate. He's been using one of those vape gadgets and I've heard you can actually infuse those things with different illegal substances, so I also purchased some K2 tests Rapid Spice Test - Instant K2 Drug Test - Synthetic Marijuana Testing . They worked just like the other urine tests I purchased. He tested clean for K2. As far as I know, this is an accurate reading. All in all, I prefer the saliva tests because they are harder to fake and collecting saliva is less awkward than watching a person pee. I believe they are all effective in detecting drug use in a person. If you chose to use the urine tests, I would suggest you take extra precautions to ensure integrity of the results.

I was concerned that my ADHD medication wasn’t up to standard and therefore didn’t have Amphetamines in it. I’ve seen a lot of people on social media lately who have taken a urinalysis and the results came back negative so I was curious to try it myself. This test kit doesn’t include it’s own cup, so I had to improvise with a disposable one. However, I got the results almost immediately. Negative for all screenings except Amphetamines (which is what should show up for my Adderall). So for very cheap I got my peace of mind. I highly recommend this for anyone who needs peace of mind for themselves to check and make sure that something is (or isn’t) in your system depending on the circumstances.

It's a drug test, that fortunately is fairly simple to use. However, they came without any instructions (I was at first afraid to open the individual pouch because I was unsure how it was packaged, and didn't want to risk compromising sterility) outside of those printed on the test to show how to read it. Also, for those asking how this is 10 drug tests or other such nonsense: When you receive this, it will be in a sealed wrap. ONE piece, with 5 dip sticks attached, that has 5 panels on the front and 5 on the back to test for a total of TEN drugs. Each test is a one time use, and should not be opened from the wrapper until it is READY for use and in front of the person being tested, to avoid the possibility of being accused of tampering. You might say it's common sense, but sterility, chain of custody, and transparency are all *critical* for urinalysis. These sort of things should come with a small sheet that spells it out in clear, "I am explaining this because I think you're stupid" kind of layman's terms. Therefore I knocked a star off for that lack of clarity when clarity is critical. EDIT: Due to an overwhelming inability to read directions by people, and lack of common sense, I added this: TWO LINES AS STATED ON THE TEST, NO MATTER HOW FAINT, IS NEGATIVE. *NEGATIVE*. The C line is the "Control" line. When I say control, I am referring to the term as used in the scientific method, which is something you should google if you don't understand. The T line is the "Test" line. This is the line that is testing for the substance. As a daily adderall (amphetamine) user by RX, mine of course did not display a line in the T, indicating *POSITIVE*. One of my other substances displayed a very faint line, indicating negative, but barely. MDMA, for example, is something I do not take at all, and therefore the T line was VERY dark, indicating a 0% detection. The threshold for each drug to come up as positive is different, by the way. ALSO, people have been asking "What do I dip this in?" Sarcasm aside, you ABSOLUTELY should NOT use a kitchen cup, or any sort of cup that has been washed before. I recommend a small 16.9 (standard) WATER bottle (distilled if possible, that way you know there is ONLY h20 in it), and cutting 90% of it off with a knife. This will leave you a sterile "cup" to use, free of contaminants from dishwasher detergent, soap, and anything else under the sun. However it IS effective. So 4/5 stars.
