I carry these in my purse and when I get the opportunity to give one to an officer I do. I retired from a sheriff's department and when someone died or we were told that we should drape our badges, we all hunted around for an immediate badge drape - usually a black elastic band from the sewing basket. When I saw these, I thought of that 'last minute' search for a black band. I love the blue line that goes through this one.
