Extra Small Diameter Glass Bead Blast Media, 10, 100-170 Mesh Grit, 149-88 Micron Size. 3.6 kg | 8 lbs. Recommended for applications where you want to remove debris without damaging the item's surface. Glass beads are designed to peen surfaces at low pressure. Glass bead media works well on soft metals like aluminum and brass as well as plastic. Glass beads at low pressure will remove substances from surfaces without changing surface dimensions. Works with a blasting gun or in a blast cabinet.

There were no surprises with this product...which is great, you never know what you will get. I was a little disappointed on how small of a box 8 lbs is. But that is just my opinion. My husband is using this product to clean the aluminum rims on his semi truck.

    • Don’t buy for big sand blast cabneit
Picture is wrong. I was hoping for a bigger box and instead I got a small box. I have a big sand ballast cabneit and the media was not sucking through so I went down and got some soda blast and filled it half way up. Note- I always use glass bead media and this stuff I ordered was not enough to suck though. ... show more
