I received the IGI certification and an appraisal. Brought it to my local jeweler and he validated everything for me for free. Great experience with this purchase. I selected the 1.25 carat round diamond on 18k white gold. That is exactly what I got and more! My diamond was actually slightly larger at 1.32 carats. Much appreciated! It comes with a certificate for the diamond with a serial number for it. I took it to get independently tested by a professional jeweler. He said that everything was as promised. Fast Fast Delivery, Ring appears nice for the price. I am nervous based off other reviews that the 14k Gold is just plated.. it is engraved 14k but multiple other reviews have said ring changes color and gold rubs off after wearing ring for a time. the 1 carat ring i purchased says vs2-si1, but i believe i got the vs2 as the ring clarity and sparkle are better than i expected. Ring is so sparkly after i wiped it off with microfiber cloth. would give five stars but worried about gold being plated like other reviews have said. time will tell. DO NOT BUY!!!! a appraisal is not a GIA certification! Thats a way of potentialy ripping off people that dont know better. If it was real it would have a certification with the GIA serial # and that number would need to be on the dimond it self. They might give you a appraisal but has no weight since its just words on paper with no proof of actually being a real dimond! Check other reviews ... show more
