I bought this to use in an outdoor solar light but I had to cut , and reverse wire the connectors to make it fit the light. Worked fine then.

This kit include the charger as well, and I think it's best to use this included charger for this battery, I'm not using the original charger that came with the rc toy car battery to be safe, because these are lithium rechargeable batteries. The functionality is same as the original battery, 3.7 volt when fully charged and it doesn't takes long to charge, in fact I can play with the old battery while the new battery is being charges, then I can switch back and forth. The only concern I have is the longevity, it's only been a couple weeks and I play with it at least 3-4 times a week and didn't notice any significant play time performance degrading, but only time will tell, might need to buy more than one. It will be good value for money if there's a warranty replacement for dead after certain # of months but it's not clearly stated. ... show more

This is a solidly well-made battery that appears to have the power it claims. I don't have any testing ability beyond my experience with my mother batteries, but the time it lasts is right. It charges up quickly and came with it's own cord. It doesn't overheat while in use or while charging, and it's wrapped perfectly. It fit my car great, and I would and probably will buy more in the future. It works great and the price is fantastic for the size. ... show more
