I was using ground corn cob to clean my brass, but it didn't work all that well. After switching to the walnut, my brass came much cleaner faster.

Since I used to buy bulk walnut and cob for reloading, I rarely need to buy these products. Things have obviously changed. "Polishing" material added, polishing products that do not come close to the pure product.
