These earrings are really cute. And really SMALL. But they have a reliable clasp, what’s actually important. I’m confused about certification…. I was expecting that I’ll get some real certifications which will give me the sure that it’s really 14K gold and 0.75C of Diamond, but I got just some ridiculous stickers on the box with this information. I received this as a gift from my BF. One earring had a defective clasp, as it fell out spontaneously 3 times! I should have returned them first or second time, but was hestitant BC it was a gift. The 3rd time it fell out, i completely lost it. I now have just 1 earring! MAIN complaint is when i reached out to seller, in order to either replace or sell me just one earring at a discounted price, I got NO response!! They must have NO customer service.
