This ring is gorgeous! I have had this rain for a few months now, so it does need a cleaning in this picture, but the sparkle in this ring is amazing. The band and prongs have not dented/bent through daily use. The prongs lay flat on the stone and doesn’t snag clothes. The setting sits decently high but not too tall. The stone also comes with a diamond verification for insurance purposes and verification which is nice. Over all this is a great ring. Also, to make note, the ring came fast! We received it in less than a week, packaged well. If you’re on the fence, do it! I don’t think you will regret it! Ps. For size reference this is the size 1ct on my size 6 finger.

The media could not be loaded. The ring itself is beautiful, and that’s why I’m giving it 5 stars. The customer service is also deserving of 5 stars. I would have given this review 4 stars originally only because the ring is not as advertised. The prongs are yellow in the photo, but the ring itself actually has white gold prongs, so I was a little disappointed. The band is however, yellow gold. I do love the ring though! It’s very beautiful! Spoke to customer service and they said they can make the prongs yellow gold if I wanted them.

This is the 3rd purchase I've made from HDD. The first one I loved, the second I had to send back due to a lack of quality and this 1ct Emerald cut was my 3rd purchase. HDD had VS2-S1 quality rings listed for $633. I wanted a VS1 quality ring as all of my others are VVS, and a VS2 ring is extremely noticeable next to the other stones. I decided to pay 50% more than the $633 (VS2-S1) listing and paid $933 for the (VS1-VS2) listing because I needed a VS1 quality ring. I called HDD and explained this to them, letting them know I was playing 50% more for a VS1 quality ring. They STILL sent me a VS2 quality ring which is lacking in appearance due to a lack of sparkle (which means the cut is lacking in quality) and when paying for lab created stones, one should at least receive the value they expect for the money they're spending. The only pro I can offer is they have me a bluish tinted stone as I requested, but still make sure it was a VS2. As a business owner myself, I've would expect a company to work with repeat customers and make them happy, as we do with our paving company. What have I learned by repeatedly shopping at HDD? Well, I've learned your first purchase will be very nice, every purchase after that will be very low quality stones. Contacting them by phone and paying more for the higher quality stones will not work in your favor, as they do not care. They'll still send you the stones the wish to get rid of. HDD doesn't care about gaining repeat customers, nor making their customers happy. I've uploaded pictures of my ring next to my other VVS quality rings and my husband's VVS quality pinky ring so you can see the difference and why I both requested and paid for VS1 quality. Then I placed my husband's ring on top of the emerald cut VS2 I received, again to show the difference in quality and the importance of getting what you request and pay for. The last photo is what I expected to receive and not one of my rings. ⬅️(Disclaimer) Also, I'm a real customer and I'd love to know how HDD had my previous review taken down. Customers should know the level of service they'll expect but won't receive. They're located in Texas (a red state) and I'm in MA (a blue state) so maybe they think I'm on the opposite side of the political spectrum and that's why they gave me lesser quality stones. I can't think of any other reason one wouldn't want to make their customers happy, aside from they just don't care... Regardless, they've lost a customer who loves to spend money, as I've found a better company to get diamonds through. (Luvansh) Remember, Lab grown diamonds are not even close to Earth mined and hold no value, becoming worthless once purchased; so one should at least get what they've paid for.

The media could not be loaded. I’m very satisfied with this ring. I had it checked for authenticity at one of my local jewelers that is knowledgeable about lab grown diamonds. The laser engraving matched all of the paperwork we received and she confirmed it was real and authentic. If you take it to a jeweler that doesn’t know anything about lab grown diamonds and uses a cheap stone tester they might give you false information. This diamond is 100 percent real lab grown diamond, and this is trusted place to buy from. I am in love with the ring it’s gorgeous.
