The studs are beautiful. But the screw backs were faulty. I have tried to reach seller and can’t. Do not purchase from this seller unless you’re sure you won’t need to contact. All I needed was replacement backs and they wouldn’t even assist me.

Got my wife 2 ct stud diamonds. Had her take them to our jeweler who we bought plenty from before in Chicago (Stanley Brown Jewlers in Lincoln Sqaure) They quickly verified they are diamonds and serial numbers engraved. They noticed one serial number didn’t match my certificate. I emailed customer support and they responded within a couple hours with the correct certificate and a return label for the incorrect label. It was reassuring to see them want the incorrect one back.
