I needed a set of patch cables to run from the output of my audio interface to my studio monitors. It's a simple job, for simple cables, and the current pricing of balanced audio cables doesn't reflect that. Here's the deal- these are TRS cables. They have one more contact point than a standard 1/4 inch headphone jack. Basically, they handle audio by spliting it out into 3 different digital channels which are then recombined by the speaker. By design, a balanced cable is less prone to electrical interference issues, especially over long cable runs. It's stage tech that's useful for the home since a desk these days has a lot of electronics on it. Back to basics- these cables are the perfect length for a desk setup. I love that there is only one right angle connector, leaving you the flexibility to choose which one fits best and doesn't bump into anything else. I run the right angle out of the interface and the straight plug into my monitor. Despite the price, they're shockingly good quality. They're even packaged with protectors around each jack so they don't get scratched up/damaged in transport. For the average Joe with a soundcard wanting a set of cables to join an audio interface and studio monitors, these are perfect. I would know because I am the average Joe.

Works good for me compatibility wise straight from my 2i2 interface to my monitors. Quality seems decent thickness seems about what I expected. No idea of the durability I'm not yanking them around usually though. I would imagine it's decent more so than a guitar cable, or something you are constantly plugging back in and taking out when done.

I thought this 3ft tip-ring-sleeve or Balanced Cable wouldn’t work on my Audio Earphones Amp in my Studio and I was Shocked! It really works very well! The 90• degrees bend gets in tight spots where it’s hard your hard up for space in the back area and the other end pops right into my headphones amp! 2-cables for the price makes it a go to and the cables function perfectly!

These are very nice, well made, long cables (20') that are affordable. I can connect my instruments to my portable amplifier and self-powered speaker in my home studio with this cables and not break my bank account. I will definitely buy more of these cables in the future, should I require them. I also notice a reduction in noise using these thicker longer cables. Amazon's prices on these cables is far more affordable than their competitors like Guitar Center. I highly recommend these audio cables.
