The truck looks awesome!! I installed these torsion keys and a 1.5 inch for the back and the truck looks nice and leveled. Easy to install, but you will need a Jack and a Jack stand. Also the tool to remove the torsion key. Don’t cut corners, buy the proper tool, it’s only about $20.

    • Installed had to modify shock tower
I got the 2 inch lift I was looking for however I agree with the critiques some of these other purchasers made about the shock extenders. I had to cut the top of the shock tower to get it to work. The instructions showed a different weld-in shock extension. All in all I figured it out and modified what I had to and installed. Be sure to torque the hell out of them though or else it feels like everything is loose in the steering. Will update after 500 mile inspection. ... show more

The torsion keys are great. The shock extenders did not fit my 96 K1500. However, the seller refunded me the cost of a replacement set of extenders. The description for this item says it fits mid 90s Silverados, but the shock extenders do not work. Seller went above and beyond to resolve the issue. The keys looked ok but the first one I tried to install was off about 1/8” and would not lay flat on top of the adjuster. Only tried one, the second one might have fit but after the first one didn’t fit I just sent them back.

Don’t be like the highschool kids and max out your stock keys. The shock extenders help a whole lot. I always buy this brand with no issue.

    • Installed on a 02 avalanche with new shocks got it leveled without the keys even being cranked.
