I can only speak to my experience in this review. I bought the 1.13 variant in case this review shows up across multiple sizes. Let me start by saying, I'm no expert in diamonds. I'm a computer guy. Before purchase I read through the many reviews, mostly focusing on the negatives. This ring sounded too good to be true at the price point but Amazon is changing a lot of games so I figured I'd try it out. My ring arrived on time. It is a pretty and the diamond looks clear and sparkly. The setting is pretty although the stock photo makes it look nicer than it is, but that's to be expected. Due to the negative reviews, my own degree of skepticism and complete aforementioned lack of expertise I made an appointment to have the ring appraised at a local but well known and reputable jeweler. This is a going to be a good review, but it's just about my transaction. I strongly suggest you get yours appraised as well. An insurance appraisal will do just fine. Usually less than $100. While it was true the jeweler looked down on my ring and said it was a low quality diamond, it did appraise at double what I paid for it. He did certify that it was a natural stone. He estimated the center stone to be valued at $2500 and the setting would be another $1500. Total value of just north of 4K. So, ultimately I left happy. My ring, is beautiful, or at least to me, and I think my wife is going to love it. I attached pictures of mine. Very pretty, but after wearing the ring for 8 months a prong broke. The jeweler told be that the metal is thin and that's why it broke. Amazon offered a refund, but I just want it fixed or an exchange. That is not an option.

When I got my ring, I thought it looked amazing, but when I took it into a diamond store to have it cleaned, they naturally have white lighting. It was then when I noticed how many big black speckles inside the diamond. Some big some small. It was definitely on the lower side of clarity. Interesting enough, the retailer will email you asking if u want a smaller diamond with better clarity, after put the order in. Now I see why. I got the 1.13ct that cames with black clouds inside it.
