Description

Stunning elegance and a floating desktop define the elite 79-inch Ford Desk. The finish is a smooth dark espresso stain over an American walnut wood veneer. This is accented with silver painted wood feet and risers plus a contrasting black panel on top with ports for wire management. It features four drawers with ball bearing slides for ample and effortless storage at your fingertips. Each pedestal features a dual lock with a top drawer for general storage and the lower drawer with filing that fits both letter and legal files. I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived 3 days later which was impressive. It came mostly assembled and in great packaging which was the next nice surprise. The table went together very smoothly and with little issues. I can see how some people might get annoyed by the cam pins, but honestly it really was not that hard to figure out and put together with the help of another person. Pros: Total assembly time took about 1 hour and finding a way to get rid of the leftover packaging took another one. The desk itself is super solid and seems to be built with quality in mind. I really like that the keyboard try is removable so I can fit my chair under the desk fully because I'm a taller guy. The top piece of the desk makes it super easy to attach a monitor VISA mount clamp so it looks nice and saves space. Cons: the feet are kind of cheap feeling compared to the rest of the desk. I would have liked to see a strong plastic or metal here instead of coated wood blocks. Update: had an a small issue and had to contact customer support. Zuri was great and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this desk from the service and quality. Hard to find these days ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If you were on the look out for the perfect office table, stop right now and get this! I don’t think it will get any better than this. This table is worth every penny and more. It looks super expensive and it’s made of very high quality material. The finishing is perfect and it’s not cheap looking at all. I don’t even think videos and pictures do this table justice. It looks way better in person. I also receive this table in a timely manner with absolutely no scratch. I absolutely love this desk. The item was packaged properly and the furniture company was very helpful when I had any questions regarding it. The two side cabinets come pre-assembled which was greatly appreciated. The desk is heavy and I found that the top was not as tricky to put on precisely as some in the previous reviews. The quality is outstanding and this desk is a welcome addition to our home office. The desk does come with a black pen just in case you get nicks along the way. It matches the desk perfectly. This is a beautiful desk and looks just like the advertised pictures. I originally rated this item as "1" because even though the desk arrived early, one of the pedestals was broken, so the desk could not be assembled. After a few emails back and forth and scheduling a new delivery for the replacement part, Zuri resolved the issue as I requested. Wow! First off, the desk is gorgeous, and would make a fine addition to almost any type office. Arrived in four large cartons. Took a little over an hour to assemble, and I’m not a real handy guy. Good construction and materials. The only negative I’ve found: like others, for such a beautiful piece of furniture, that is made this well, I think the manufacturer could have put more thought into th legs. Currently the legs are little wooden cubes spray painted silver. Overall, I am literally ecstatic that this desk in person, looks even better in the house. The locks like clean both the top and file drawers. And, they are real, actual, functioning locks. Not the type you can use a nail file to open. The black insert is actually a place to hold pens. The desk was worth the extra money, and I am one HAPPY CAMPER!!!! ... show more

Do not buy this desk, it comes damaged, scratched and with extra nails that are not supposed to be there. Zuri customer service takes forever to respond and is not helpful. Their idea of fixing the situation is a “touch up” pen, which is a joke. Overall it has been a horrible experience and a waste of $2000. ... show more

Easy to assemble, heavy and sound. Product is modern and a great value for the money. Was packaged very well and withstood the journey to me and a beating to the box with zero damage to product. I would highly recommend this desk and it’s a great addition.

Beautiful to look at, very poor quality for this price point. Cheap particle board, broke the first time it was moved. Thin veneer scratches just by looking at it too hard. Looks nice, not meant for daily use, next time will look for better quality, real wood options readily available for the same price as this junk. ... show more
