When I first got this phone I put malewarebytes on it to check for viruses, one virus showed up they asked if I wanted to disable it I disabled it unfortunately I continued to use the phone and now I having problem with it someone taking over the phone is a language that I don't recognize, so I did a factory reset and did the same thing installed Malwarebytes on it and the same virus showed up and I'm trying to get a refund for this phone hopefully that goes through so I can buy a different phone and hopefully that won't show that it has a virus already installed on it. ... show more

I didn't actually get to try the phone, as this model is not compatible with my carrier's towers (my cell phone provider is the company Visible). I'm just leaving this review so other Visible users don't make the same mistake I did.

I got this phone for my daughter for Christmas. We unwrapped it this morning, and the box was pre-opened. We pulled the phone out and the phone is clearly used, the glass and back lanes are scratched pretty badly. She played with it for a few hours and complained that the touch panels aren’t very responsive, swiping back and forth takes a few seconds to register, the apps take forever to load. She downloaded a couple games apps, and spent two hours to go through a 5-minute tutorial. Will be returning this. ... show more

    • Phone's Great Service Sucks
Visible seems to want to sell you a new phone. They're not even compatible with their old phones. They say bring your phone and then have you check compatibility. I checked over 89 phones IMEIs that were not late model Apples, and they were all INCOMPATIBLE. The monthly rates are great but the service is almost all chat messaging. The phones with Galaxy note are not supported. I love the hand written notes. Visible is cheap, but the service sucks. ... show more
