    • The porcelain top doesn’t come off!
The media could not be loaded. Like the title says. The black porcelain top doesn’t come off and there’s about 1/8th gap for build up of grease and food to get trapped in. It’s a pain to clean. After you clean it’s still dirty down there. I contacted customer support only to find out it’s not removable and will void warranty if you do manage to remove it. The biggest burner (Ment for boiling) works beautifully for heat but under the burner it’s very easy to get food/grease/spillage inside of. And since the top isn’t removable it’s is extremely difficult to clean. Also should get your gas line tested to see if there is enough gas pressure to use the oven and the range top at the same time or it will effect both and nothing gets to temp correctly the top range fire dropped dramatically. And the oven is about 75-100 degrees lower then it should be. It’s extremely annoying I wish I did the duel fuel (gas top and electric bottom) The bottom is pretty far off the ground I had small puppy and cats go under there. Smh ... show more

It's noisy, none of the burners on top can be set low enough to simmer without burning. The range is high enough for small animals like kittens, hamsters and guinea pigs to get underneath while it's on. I'm not sure how hot is under there, but while the oven is heating there is a visible glow on the floor. Contacted Zline to see if there is a shroud that can prevent animals from getting underneath but they said that the space is required for ventilation. I understand that combustion reactions require oxygen, but many other ovens have less space than the Zline underneath. ... show more

    • Poorly designed and WAY over priced.
GREAT looking set of appliances. but every single product i ordered (12K appliance set) was just as good of quality as a $2500 set of appliances that i order for my rentals. I thought these looked amazing and they do but the issues 100% outweigh the good.
