Ideas: I only need to use one bag now because these Ziploc gallon size bag are larger than the Hefty zipper ones I used to purchase. I used to have to cut one Hefty bag zipper off to insert it into the next bag to make it easier to avoid bending the pie as much. They function just like they do on the commercials so easy to fill so you can put them in the freezer and they open easily over and over again for food storage. I always come back to this brand. I have tried other brands but these seem to be made better. The food freeze quality seems to preserve better. These are thicker than most of the other brands. I use them for more than freezing. When I open a package of something like cheese, crackers, etc. I put the remainder of the package in these and it seems to stay fresher. As expected but not the best for freezer. Need vacuum bags. The Functionality of the seal is not what it should be. Still get freezer burn. They need to make them with a valve to remove the excess air. It seems thick enough, the size is what I wanted, for smaller items.
