I really love this dress! It looks expensive and it is covered with soutache embroidery on stretchy black mesh that is fully lined underneath. The soutache embroidery seems to be very sturdy and well done! I have not found any loose stitching and the soutache (flat ribbon) is sewn securely in place so it doesn't pull away from the mesh fabric, even when you tug on it. I got the black dress with beige embroidery and the colors look just like they do in the picture; however, the dress looks even better in real life! It fits perfectly, but it is designed to fit snugly so you may want to get a size larger if you are between sizes. The fit is very flattering and really accents your curves to give you the look of an hourglass figure. The first time I wore it, my husband said, "Wow! Now THAT is a great dress!", and he even asked me if I would wear it to church this past Sunday. This dress looks great with pumps, high heels, strappy sandals or even ballet flats. You can put a lacy shawl over it with heels and it makes a perfect outfit for garden parties, luncheons and weddings. It is also good for church, concerts and date nights. I have even worn it to work with a black blazer and pumps. There is no zipper. You have to pull it on over your head so you need to get into it before you do your face and hair. This dress is made with a polyester/elastane blend mesh outer material and a polyester/elastane blend knit lining. It can be machine washed and tumble dried although I strongly recommend turning it inside out and placing it in a lingerie bag to protect the soutache embroidery. ... show more

"ZESICA Womens 2026 Summer Floral Wedding Guest Midi Dress Sleeveless Mesh Slit Bodycon Formal Cocktail Party Dresses" Size: XL "The Wedding Guest Butterfly Dress." As I slowly pulled this dress out of the plastic encasement, I immediately noted the quality of material. It felt finely made, and Luxurious to my fingers. There are no buttons or zippers. This dress slips over your head, and falls over your chest. As you pull it down, it continues to seemingly seek and find the most flattering contours of your body. I might exchange for a smaller size. But, that’s my fault. As Gaining-and-Losing-Weight-individuals know- it's sometimes hard to know what size to order. It's the give and take in the material of this dress that makes me feel I can probably, easily fit in a smaller size. I also thought for sure it was going to be way too long. -I'm only 5 feet tall. But I used to be taller. And I seem to be shrinking by the day. But once again the dress surprised. By choosing to rest over certain contours, it fell flatteringly to my ankles. I can easily say the flattering way it falls...is my favorite feature. But there's also the fine feel of the material. And the butterflies hiding in the design. Butterflies have always been special to me. My CD was called, "Starving Butterfly." If I had to name this dress it'd be, 'The Wedding Guest Butterfly Dress.' It's always nice to have a Special Dress specifically made, and/ or saved for a Special Event, tucked away. This is such a dress. Whether you have, or plan to attend a Wedding in the future or not...This is a dress to save for special events like that. As I pulled it out, and it revealed itself, I realized there was also a weight to the dress I wasn't expecting. If not a gown, it feels like one.
