I bought this dress for a luncheon-type event. It fit a little big for me. The quality of the material is nice and thick, it is not sheer at all, so it did not feel cheaply made or like it was about to fall apart on me. The dress itself is very comfortable and soft. I will say, on the small of my back, the fabric did tend to bunch up right there and it did not look very good. The shape on the dress is nice and fit me a bit looser than I had hoped (due to my mistake of getting a dress a size too big) I feel like this dress might’ve been more flattering if I had ordered a smaller size. (I am 4’11, 123lbs and ordered a medium) it was definitely too big. For shorter girls out there this might not be the best dress for you. In the photo it ends at her mid-thigh but for me it extended just below my knees. The shape of the dress is cute and seems to be more of a fitted look.

I got this dress on a deal, arrived the next day, fits great (ordered a small, I’m a size 4/6), super comfortable, color just like in photo - but it’s snagged at the very top button near the neckline. And apparently I can’t exchange it for the same price and would instead be paying more - since the deal is now over - to exchange for the same color and size, just (hopefully) not a defective item that I can wear to an event later this week.

I purchased this for a work trip in a tropical environment. The dress was cute and comfortable. I wore spanx underneath to smooth a little more, but they honestly weren’t entirely necessary as the fabric is shaped and thick enough to do its own smoothing. The versatility was really nice - I added a blazer and then a cardigan for evening dinner. It had a heavy/tweed look without being hot. I was comfortable in it for 8+ hours.
