I order this for a work picnic my husbands job holds every year. It fit as expected, true to size. It has good stretch to it without being tight and making bulges. I love the halter style. I have wider shoulders and the around the neck straps are just alot more flattering. The color is exactly as pictured. I got the light blue color for a summer look. Its comfortable enough to wear as casual summer dress but nice enough it can be dressed up for a wedding or other more formal event. Im only 5'2 so I expected it to be maybe too long but it isnt. Definitely maxi style and long but doesnt drag or anything. Its breathable fabric without being see through. 4 Overall I gave this dress 5 stars. I think its great quality and well made. This dress was ordered in a medium and worn for several hours to evaluate fit, comfort, and overall construction. What I liked most is the textured floral fabric. The outer layer has raised, three-dimensional floral details that give the entire dress a rich, elegant look and a noticeably premium feel. Even though it is a lined, two-layer design, the textured surface makes it feel more substantial than many similar dresses. I paid close attention to skin comfort, and the fabric felt smooth throughout wear, with no itching or irritation. I also really appreciated the two side pockets. They are well camouflaged and easy to miss at first glance, but both are fully functional and surprisingly spacious. In terms of fit, I found that the upper bodice area is the stretchiest, with elastic running along the top edge across the chest and around the back. Below that point, the fabric has only slight stretch. The waist fits more loosely, which creates a relaxed, flowy silhouette rather than a snug or cinched one. On a 5'2" wearer, the length reached the tops of the feet without dragging. One thing I did notice over time is how the halter-neck design carries the weight of the dress. This dress feels heavier than many lightweight summer dresses, and since it does not rest on the shoulders or grip at the waist, all of that weight is supported by the halter straps at the back of the neck. After a few hours, that weight became noticeable, especially for anyone not accustomed to halter styles. Aside from that, the fabric itself remained comfortable. Overall, I think this is a very elegant, well-made dress with standout texture, thoughtful details like pockets, and a polished appearance that works well for special occasions. If you've read my other reviews you'll know im all about being comfortable and then style. This dress hits both marks! The fabric is gorgeous, detailed and super soft. Its breathable, lightweight but not see-through at all. One of my favorite things about the dress is that its completely wrinkle resistant. Around the waist is stretchy so it's easy to pull over your shoulders or hips. I do recommend ordering down a size since there is plenty of flowy fabric♡ ... show more
