Loved this dress, but needed smaller size & sold out in smaller size, so will be returning for a different color in smaller size. Size chart led me to believe I needed size large. Luckily I ordered one dress in large and diff color in M. Now finding I can size down to S! Top & the bottom of that section is stretchy. I am finding I can go smaller - it goes better (comfortably) AND makes the length shorter for me. At 5’2” this dress is almost ankle length on me. The M was shorter. Now awaiting my reorder and once I see if Sm will work, will return larger sizes. This was purchased for attending upcoming wedding. Love the dresses from this merchant, good quality, comfortable, great color choices. I would suggest considering sizing down. The skirt is so full, your hip measurement doesn’t matter in this style’s dimensions. The smaller each size goes, it shortens the stretchy top & consequently the length. This is a lovely dress, well made. I ordered a Large and it fits perfectly. I measure for a size Medium so it runs small. I am 5’1” tall and the hem comes to right above my ankles. The fabric is true to the pictures. The elastic in the sleeves feels comfortable, not tight around my arm and the sleeve comes down concealing my elbow. The elasticized bodice come right above my natural waist line. I have just taken it out of the package and tried for fit so I don’t know yet how it’s going to be after it’s washed. I ordered this dress in the Navy Blue color in XL. I am currently a normal 14 in pants but am busty so sometimes need a larger top. I really liked it more than I expected. The sleeves were just the right length and not too tight at the elastic part. The dress is long but not too long - a few inches off the floor. I am about 5 foot 4 1/2 in It lays nicely and if it gets a little wrinkled at the bottom from sitting it looks fine because of the design of the dress. The bodice of the dress is a stretch material and very comfortable. I will probably order this dress in a second color. ... show more

I ordered based on the size chart. It’s a pretty dress, but it was too large and it gapped at the armpits. Other than that it fit pretty well. I return it based on the armpits issue. What I liked about the XL was that it was lined to the hem. I only wish the arms too were lined. I may order the large, I’m going to wait and see if I’ll need it. I would have preferred the fabric was cotton. It reminded me of a dress I wore in high school (decades ago). What a nice nostalgic feeling. If you want to feel more young at heart, this dress can tick off the boxes. It’s modest, covers the upper arms, covers beyond the knees, and better than all that it’s not see through (with the exception of some of the sleeves). And I should let you know I put the white dress through the test of trying it on with a burgundy bra, you couldn’t see the dark color at all. I’m not sure if this dress is all that suitable for the heat and humidity of summer where I live, but in a more arid climate it might be comfortable to you. This dress fits true to your size and washes up beautifully. Wonderful material. Does not need pressing. Washed on gentle cool water and lightly dried for 10 minutes then hung dry. So lovely. Wearing to a wedding but can also be casual dress.

Thin women can wear this. Not an attractive dress if you're larger than a Med. The dress itself is lovely and well made. Just not for full figured women. I'm 5'5" & 185 lbs. I wear an XL in most Amazon clothing. Waistline on this dress is too high as well. Hits in an odd place above the waistline.

Beautiful dress. Color is a true mint. I bought this dress in May 2024 one year ago. I am 5’ ft and normally wear a size S but bought this in a M and love how it fits. It is easy care, I wash it on gentle cycle & hang dry. Light weight and flattering. I get many compliments when I wear it. I thought I did a review on this dress but was unable to find it so I could update it with a video, so I must not have. Has a built in slip so I don’t have to wear one. Love that part. I wear it to church but it would be perfect to wear to a wedding, graduation etc. I hope my video helps. ... show more
