I have been on a weightloss journey for over a year now. I have lost a bit over 200 lbs. My niece is getting married this Fall and I am trying several dresses to wear to the event. I ordered this dress, and it came very quickly, was beautiful, but was a very small size 16. I am not comfortable wearing it that tight. I am going to keep it, perhaps in another 25 lbs it will be suitable to wear for my 28th anniversary in November. The cor is dark green, but a beautiful shade, not on the black side. My husband is wearing a dark hunter green tweed three piece suit to the wedding. I so wanted this dress to work. But sadly it did not. It is lightweight, even though it is long sleeve. October in central North Carolina can be strange. It was nearly 90° yesterday. I was out working in the yard in a tank top and shorts, and was hot. So I wanted aa dress for the wedding that I would be comfortable in, I ordered a long coat/sweater in the dark green to wear for that reason.

I bought this for a wedding and it was perfect! The black dress was super classy looking for the event! The dress was super comfy and with the breezy sleeves, I was comfortable the entire time at the wedding. I didn’t get super warm in it and I was also impressed at the lack of wrinkles when I opened the package. It’s a very breathable, lightweight dress. Being tall, I struggle with finding long enough knee length dresses or long enough sleeves but it was a perfect fit! I love everything about it! I highly recommend this dress!

The dress is comfy as it's stretchy & sleeves are wonderful. The sheer you would think helps, instead, the rusch fabric is not flattering at all in breast area. I tried regular and off the shoulder, it's something you would have to constantly adjust to be acceptable for pictures. Tried for a wedding & it was horrible unfortunately.
