I carry my weight through the hips and thighs (pear shape). I found I definitely could have sized down for a better fit through the bust, shoulders, and waist, since it was a bit loose in that area. After deciding on my usual medium size, I was pleased to feel some stretch when I first tried it on. It fits great in all the right places for me as an inverted triangle! The color was a beautiful match for the beach setting for my engagement photoshoot. The material is lightweight but still nicely made. For reference I am 5”3 bust 37.5 waist 35 and hip 41. Beautiful color and design. It’s a good summer dress. The only problem I have is that there’s too much scrunched fabric, and it makes it look a little cheaper. Other than that, it’s very a nice, lightweight spring dress, and it fits well.

I'm a photographer and need to look put together but also have functional clothing and since I was pregnant, I need some items that I could wear during and after pregnancy. LOVE that it has pockets and the sheared bodice gave enough stretch to wear through a summer season of weddings (I was due in January).
