Instructions could be better, but it does what I bought it for, specifically to fill the space behind the front seats so my pets don't fall in. It has two independent bladders. One to fill the void behind the front seats (leg well?), and an air mattress that sits on the rear seats. I'm currently only filling the leg well portion. The air mattress is just adding another layer of protection on my rear seats. The pump works well to inflate and deflate the device. In less than 2 weeks, seams on every inflatable piece burst open. Main mattress, 3 middle seams came apart creating huge bubble in the middle. The side section seam disintegrated and came apart from main part. Foot well pillows had seams come apart as well as the kidney pillows. They should send me a new set without having to go through hassle of return/exchange. I'm a 64 year old woman with physical handicaps weighing only 135 lbs. I spent most of the full month family reunion camping trip sleeping on hard ground because of this products defects. ... show more

Poor mattress – it is not suitable for a Silverado. It loses air overnight, and the included pump is not powerful enough to inflate it properly. I do not recommend buying it.

This is horrible. The material is super light and the fill spouts are way to difficult it fills as if you are going to accidentally rip the seem. Also its super short and the "legs" are not in a good position. I experienced air loss on the fist night. I'll be returning this item today.
