It is not a 'bad' shirt, just not what I thought I was ordering. I figured if I got an XL (because it's from China) I should be safe as I wanted it to fit a little loose. It fits like I expected (because I ordered 3 sizes up), but the cut is SOOO weird! The shirt is pictured as 'off the shoulder' style, what arrives is a shirt that is NOT off shoulder, sleeves are too short (they stop about two inches above my wrist) and it fits like a frumpy house chore shirt. It is not longer like the picture makes it out to be, it stops about an inch or two below my belly button making it a weird length. The material is better than I expected. It is also heavier than I thought, other reviews say it's a little sheer, what I received was a thicker, solid, non-sheer house shirt with bad length sleeves and strange length for the waist. It is NOT off the shoulder like the picture portrays, nor is the one I got sheer to layer with tank tops if that is what you're hoping for. It's possible they have several manufacturers and the one I received was a flaw of some sort? If you want a frumpy house shirt made from soft material, it fits the job. If you were hoping for something that looks like the picture they posted, keep looking. *Update: I think the sellers are great. Someone is paying attention and they gave me a full refund without my asking. This was a pleasant surprise and speaks loudly on how they value their customers. Although I am disappointed in the item, I will certainly purchase from the seller again. I'll just be a bit more selective. Ok, so I do not write allot of reviews. For this little sweater though I had to. I ordered in the brown and pink. I had read the reviews prior to ordering and realized it was a very light weight sweater and not a t shirt. I think some of the pics portray this shirt as having somewhat of a frayed neckline. It does not. I am 5'4 and weigh around 130. I am small chested. I ordered a medium because I was afraid if I got a small it would be to tight after reading all the reviews. I am always looking for shirts that are loose in the waist area. This shirt is loose in the waist area. The fabric is nice and I wore the brown with jeans with the front area tucked in. A slouchy look that I loved. I will certainly order again. The neckline looks very wide in the pictures online and it is wide but not so wide that your bra straps need to show. It is lightweight and on cooler spring and fall days would probably be perfect to wear around a bonfire. I look forward to getting plenty of use out of these. Plan on ordering more, like I said. I would encourage everyone to buy if you are on the fence on this one. I have ordered plenty of clothing online that were disappointing, but not this. Love this top, really a lightweight sweater. Very soft, stretchy but not clingy, and in the pink and ivory colors, the threads have a soft sheen. The pink is also soft, very girly, just as shown in the photo. I can throw it on with jeans, or a nice skirt for work. I am 5'6", 175 lbs. I usually wear a size 14 or 16 in tops — US size XL — and my bust is 43 inches. This top in XXL fits comfortably. I can wear a tight t-shirt under it. The neckline has a very slight drape. One customer thought the photo showed an unfinished edge, but all the edges are well-hemmed. I can shove the sleeves up my arms. I love roll-tab sleeves on a button-down, but the next best thing in an UN-structured shirt is sleeves that will stay where you scrunch them, at least for a while. I bought five more in different colors! UPDATE December, 2017 I wash them in a lingerie bag, and so far, no pilling. I also wash on warm and air dry, or low heat. No shrinkage! ... show more

I love a shirt that pairs well with both yoga pants and jeans and this shirt works with both! It looks equally cute with the front tucked into a pair of jeans with a belt peeking out or loose over a pair of yoga pants. It is not see through (I was concerned it was going to be but it isn't) and the material has held up well to washings. I am 5'2 115 lbs and a small fits great. I love this shirt. ... show more

    • Soft, versatile sweater, but not really 'boatneck'

This is a lovely, simple, soft top for business casual or casual year-round wear. I would describe the fit as 'slightly skimming' - not tight or baggy. The fabric is very soft, and a "summer sweater" material. The purple is not see-through at all. The sweater is very versatile - perfect to wear with skirt or pants to the office or out to dinner with a nice necklace, or casually with jeans or shorts. It is very soft. I have not washed it yet, and do fear it might 'pill' a little bit, but most sweaters pill to some extend, and for the price, I am very happy. I purchased a second color after receiving this sweater. Great staple in the wardrobe. At present, I am 5'6, 140 pounds, usually a size 8 (sometimes 6) and the medium fits perfectly in a slightly skimming way. Falls just past my hips, but does not cover the bottom (which is good - what I expected). My only complaint (minus 1 star) is that the neckline is not as 'boatneck' as the photo shows. It is just not that wide. Not quite a crew neck, but not boatneck either. So I was disappointed in that. I ordered this shirt twice. First time, I got a really flattering cut top. It was soft and fit very well, and I really, really liked it. So I ordered two more, same link, same size, came with the same Zanzea tag, but the ones that came in the second order were of a thicker material, boxy, with a smaller neck opening, and does not fit or feel like the first top I ordered at all. The inconsistency in product is very disappointing in an otherwise great deal. Unfortunate. Edit: I just double-checked, and YES, I ordered from the same seller both times, too. ... show more
