Nice vibration especially with the brush-like attachment, but my first one lasted less than a year with infrequent use. It took a few days, but eventually Zalo customer service responded by email and I was permitted to submit a warranty request and a return was accepted. Pretty quick turnaround, which was surprising, and I received a replacement; and a followup call to ensure I'd received it and all was well.
