Not flattering at all and the model must’ve been 6’ tall. The “ruching” on the dress was 10” long on the side (as pictured appeared to be ~4-5” so it would gather across the middle) so it layed relatively flat & didn’t gather while the slit (shown at knee length on the model) was 6+” below my knee. While not actual velvet, it's a great quality fabric! Threw it in the washing machine and then just laid dry so easy cleaning! It looks FLAWLESS and was great for the event! Super flattering, perfect sizing!

Exactly what it looks like in the pictures. Very flattering even when you have a semi-snatched waste. I'm 5'9 and the length was nice, knee in the front and mid calf in the back. Thin but not see-through material.
