You do not find many companies that stand behind their product and their customers like this company. I would definitely buy from them again. I have looked at towel warmers for probably a decade and now I have no idea how I would get get alone ng without it. There are multiple types on Amazon, so I picked one I like the looks of. The instruction for use are simple. Best hint: put your towels in this about 15 minutes before you shower to get them thoroughly warmed. I've put nightgown and robe in there, too.     • FIRE HAZARD - DONT BURN YOUR HOUSE DOWN

First - all the pics people have posted of the inside paint flaking off are true and that starts happening immediately after the first few uses. I had it about a year and used it almost daily. Sometimes towels were hot - sometimes they were barely warm - and sometimes had super hot spots but also bone cold spots. BUT NOW FOR THE FIRE DANGER - one day it hadn’t been used at all and I walked into the bathroom and when I went near the towel warmer it was putting off heat like a freaking space heater. The lights were NOT on on the unit and it was making an electric ticking sound like it would when it was actually turned on, except the ticks were much faster. I opened the lid and the fumes that hit me in the face were shocking. The bottom plastic area was warped and melting and you could see the actual fumes coming out into the room. The outside of the machine was so hot I could barely pick it up and take it out of the room after unplugging it. THANK GOD I was home and I can’t even begin to imagine the devastation in my life if this piece of junk burst into flames and killed my two fur babies while I was gone. UPDATE: After 15 months of service, it has suddenly stopped working. Not heating up, "on" light isn't working. Disappointed, as it had been working great. Thought we had finally found one that would last a long time. Bought this Zadro towel warmer to replace a Brookstone unit, and after one year it's doing great (though we don't use it as often in summertime). Warms towel(s) pretty evenly. The Brookstone model had a flimsy clear plastic lid; this one seems to be better made. I would recommend it. ... show more

This is a very convenient way of warming up towels, hair towels or bath robes. My wife and kids use this everyday. It warms well within 15 minutes of use and feels like a towel coming straight out of a dryer.
