Product was working nicely and then died. Emailed the seller and they responded right away. After some troubleshooting, they decided to ship me (FedEx) a new unit. Arrived in two-three days. We love the cedar block for putting essential oil on for lavender smelling warm towels! Replacement died just short of one year after receiving it.

My wife has always loved the hot towels and hot blankets that she was given in the hospital. This device does it all! She warms her PJs, bath towels and a blanket when she lies down. She says she just melts when the heat is applied. The self timer and on/off controls are easy to use and get the items to just the right temperature. Love the device. Well, it was almost a year of constant use. This device was used 2-3 times daily, even in the summer. On Sunday, the device failed to heat, the light came on but did not warm. I contacted Customer Support on Monday and on Tuesday (after providing requested proof of ownership), the company has indicated they will replace the device and will be sending it out shortly!!! My wife loves the device so, that I had already ordered another. Well, two are always better then one! I cannot overstate how good this company is and their support for their product. GREAT SERVICE (which you don't always see these days)

The unit quit working after 8 months. It has 1 year warranty but a lot of hoops to jump through to get it honored. Go to this website to submit. Wait Reply to send picture of unit bottom. Submit. Wait. Now cut the cord of the unit and send picture. You can recycle the unit. Haven't got the replacement yet. Will loose a month of use by the time replacement gets here. $200 for 16 months of warm towels is expensive assuming replacement lasts same amount of time as original

The seller does not tell you the lid will crack. The seller is aware of this issue but his only resolution is for you is for you to buy a replacement from him. This will probably happen to all replacements as well.

I love this and always look forward to my warm towels, robe, and p.j.s. It is warmer with items at top and parts of towels that touch the metal surface inside. Great to give for a Christmas present!

I bought this item because I hate getting out of the shower in the winter time and being cold. This warms up my towels, night gown and socks so I hop out of the shower and everything is nice and toasty.........and I am warm
