My wife has always loved the hot towels and hot blankets that she was given in the hospital. This device does it all! She warms her PJs, bath towels and a blanket when she lies down. She says she just melts when the heat is applied. The self timer and on/off controls are easy to use and get the items to just the right temperature. Love the device. Well, it was almost a year of constant use. This device was used 2-3 times daily, even in the summer. On Sunday, the device failed to heat, the light came on but did not warm. I contacted Customer Support on Monday and on Tuesday (after providing requested proof of ownership), the company has indicated they will replace the device and will be sending it out shortly!!! My wife loves the device so, that I had already ordered another. Well, two are always better then one! I cannot overstate how good this company is and their support for their product.     • Died after 5 months, but service to replace was great!
Product was working nicely and then died. Emailed the seller and they responded right away. After some troubleshooting, they decided to ship me (FedEx) a new unit. Arrived in two-three days. We love the cedar block for putting essential oil on for lavender smelling warm towels!

We love the warm towels, but there's something in the warmer that has discolored several of our 100% cotton towels very badly. I don't know if the manufacturer didn't clean it properly, maybe they should send a cleaning warning with it.

What’s nicer than a warm towel? This is very large and oversized towels fit in it nicely. Can’t wait to try putting a robe in it.

Why do you need a towel warmer? You don’t, but once you see it you want. For some unknown reason you picture yourself wrapped in a warm towel & you get all the fuzzy feel good thoughts. It does not disappoint there isn’t much that is better than getting out of the shower to the warm embrace of our warmed towel ... show more
