1. Light transmission is as-promised: no color tint, and I can believe the 99% number. I can't wait to try these on the kinds of snowy, foggy days where even the orange 60% lenses aren't bright enough. 2. As-described, they will take glasses up to 5.6" wide. HOWEVER: note that 5.6" is a small-to-medium pair of glasses. If your head is large, your glasses may be well wider than this, so DO MEASURE first. Only my very smallest frames - the ones that are really too small for me - fit properly with these. Whereas, more expensive goggles that come in a "Large" size will fit over even my largest frames. ... show more

I bought these to go over my glasses to cut out the cold wind while I feed my cattle in the winter on my AMT. Fit perfectly over the glasses. This last week we had a real temp of 1deg , windy with a -11 windchill here in N. Texas. Then 5 days later it is 80 degrees - go figure. The value for the money is ideal and for the price (or not even for the price) they are great quality. Great clarity and basically no fogging. Gotta keep these in mind next time I go skiing. Honestly I had my concerns when I ordered these goggles but I ordered anyways and now I am pleased to report that my adult sized glasses fit inside the goggles. (photo's attached) They are fairly snug but I did not have to adapt or modify the goggles in any way for the glasses to fit.
