I detest clothes shopping. I will walk around for a year with holes in my clothes before I FORCE myself to buy clothes but my wedding dress...well that was important. I followed the measurement guide and the dress came to my house EXACTLY as the measurements described. I am a 2XL and this dress worked perfectly for me. The ONLY alterations I had done were - the dress was a little long so I had a few inches cut off the bottom and I had to have spaghetti straps added because my "girls" weren't holding themselves up even in a strapless bra. But that is it. This dress worked beautifully and I am forever grateful to the designers of such a magical garment. I truly felt like a princess.

Beautiful dress still had to get alterations even though I went off their size chart arrived only after I complained about it not being On time tracking never updated. And seller could only tell me to be patient. The alterations cost more than the dress. I was not happy about that all. There was so much netting in this dress that the size as 2 sizes to small. By the time it was all said and done with the alterations and the dress I had a little over 500.00 invested in it.

Quality was better than expected for China made. Very pretty, however size chart for me in this dress wasn't quite right. May be fine if you have custom fit to you, but wouldn't be able to return, according to seller. Returns are not free, costly, ships to California to go back China. Gorgeous embellishments, white color was pretty. Glitter it states is not actually glitter just shiny disc forgot name of those,lol. It was very heavy with all fabric, but not very comfortable on sleeves for fabric was rough and not real soft there. Otherwise beautiful dress, nice train. Pretty.

The dress was beautiful good quality and fit perfectly. However I ordered an ivory dress and received a white one. I had reached out to customer service to have the dress custom made to my size, exceptional customer service from the start. The dress arrived quickly well ahead of promised time. When I received the white dress I reached out to customer service and got a quick response asking me the issue I explained the problem and the offered 2 options return the dress for a full refund, (I had to pay shipping back to them) or I could keep the dress and and they would refund a portion of my payment. I opted to keep the dress and get a partial refund. It was processed quickly.
