I really enjoyed these snow shoes until the rivets ripped out of them. We made 3 trips to Lake Tahoe and on the third when I went to take them off I noticed that the rivets had torn through the plastic at the heel and the tail section. To be fair I am 6' 270 pounds. The boot straps don’t keep my foot in line with the snow shoe. So as I tread, my heels make their way to the outside edge. Very annoying. Tried cinching up while on the trail but to no avail. Unfortunately spent a lot of my time trekking with my head down trying to figure out how to fix the issue. Thumbs down. Will look at Yukon Charlie’s next time.
