When mounted on a wall as shown in the Amazon listing pictures the tray at the bottom does not drain as intended toward the drain tube in the back of the tray. When I poured water onto the tray it all poured quickly off the front and on the counter and none went to the drain in the back. I checked the install with plumb rule and it was mounted perfectly vertical. I was able to resolve the problem by spacing the bottom 2-3 inches from the wall. Otherwise the drying rack works great and seems sturdy enough to last a long time.

The product seems sturdy. But it came with no parts list, and instructions that were clearly written by someone who doesn't understand English very well, along with pictures that were taken by a mentally deficient chimpanzee. In one picture, it is so dark, you can't tell what it is a picture of. Entirely unprofessional. One of the reviews has instructions that are very helpful, but even so, I was left with several parts that seem to have no function, and I had to use 4 screws from my own inventory to mount it to the wall, because it didn't come with the correct number of screws. Remember teh name YTFLOT, and buy from someone else in the future.

Top mount: Keyhole mount x2, fasten with black plastic screws & secure with smaller short screws. You need to screw the short screws into the black plastic screws for a tight hold, they work like wall anchors. Middle mount: SHORTER of the 2 bracket sizes. They should come out towards you and point outwards away from the drying rack. As shown in the instruction photos but the SHORT brackets. Fasten with included screws & nuts. Bottom mount: Exactly as shown in instructional photos. Fasten with black plastic screws & secure with smaller short screws. All mounting pieces should make contact and lie flush against the wall. The board will NOT be flat against the wall, this is deliberate! The drain tray must stick out and be angled in order to drain.

This seems like a quality drying rack but I received tons of hardware and options for mounting but no instructions. You'd think it would be easy but there's tons of brackets and different screws and I don't know what's what. You get way more pieces than pictured for mounting which would be a positive if I knew what to do with them. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR MULTIPLE MOUNTING OPTIONS.

I bought this for my lab and its absolutely awful in terms of instructions. Took forever to assemble and to this day we are not sure if we assembled it correctly. I never write reviews but today I did because it gave us so much trouble. Had to get 4 mechanics to put it together at my work

This is my first feedback and review for a very long time^_^ and I feel like I got to give some credit to this product bc the current review is way too low! My old drying rack is made of cheap plastic and finally gave up on me. Time for a replacement and gotta stay away from cheap and flimsy racks when you need them to hold up forever! Did spend a fair amount of time for research on replacement. This is not the cheapest option on Amazon but it is the cheapest for what I needed for. Shipped fasted, delivered with a perfect condition! Update after 2 weeks receiving: Got it mounted in minutes with all mounting accessories that was included. There were two many mounting brackets came with it and you really need just a few of em. It didn't bother me from the previous review that complained about two many mounting brackets. I mean what's wrong with that? I have purchased things that are overrated on Amazon all the time, this is the first case I feel like it is super underrated to the point that I have to step out and say something. This is an overall great rack and you definitely get your money paid for.
