I ordered 2 sizes and ended up going with the larger size. I think I still should have sized up 1 more cup. So I’d recommend going 1-2 cup sizes larger. I am a larger girl and sweat easily. I’ve purchased many sticky bras and sticky boob tape. Nothing has worked as well as this. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding - you can imagine how much I ran around and this never budged once. Beyond no support. The cups wouldn’t even stay up and were way too narrow. The cups kept collapsing. I had to hold my boobs up to get them in the top part of my bridesmaid dress. This bra really supports and sticks and will not slide or move. When you place it it won’t move. It’s worth the money because of how the quality is and you can adjust it however you want it to look.
