To start, I received TONS of compliments all night long, and genuine shock when I said that I bought the dress on Amazon. Then, every single one was asking for the shopping link. I am 5'6" barefoot and was wearing 2.5" heels and the dress was shorter than I would have liked. I really wanted the hem to sweep the floor. Nope, I'm too tall. It was at least 2-3" above the floor. While I loved the dress overall (size S), by the end of the evening, the outline of my shapewear was visible. To be fair, I had enjoyed a fair number of adult beverages, appetizers, dinner, and desserts at the black tie event we attended in Chicago. The fabric is shiny, so it reflects any "flaws," hence the reason I was wearing shapewear. I would purchase it again, but would probably size up and take it to a good tailor.

I had this on one of my lists for months. My step daughter is getting married in a little less than a month. I purchased a dress online from another site a month or so ago and it was ok on me. Didn't love it. I kept thinking about this dress so I decided to get it to see if I liked it better. So glad I purchased it! I am 52 years old, 5 ft 7.5 in. and about 195 lbs (yuck..heaviest I have ever been). I dont think I look good in anything lately but this dress, I feel, looks nice on me! I am goingnto fancy it up a bit and buy a rhinestone belt to go with it, I think. The material is very nice...good quality. My only negative thing is that the zipper will not unzip all the way. Has like 2 inches to go but I am not going to force it. I can get it on easily with it the way it is. And normally, I hate those clear plastic hanger things dresses have but because of the wide neckline, this dress needs them for hanging. It's almost impossible to hang it without them. *I will add a photo to this review when I am all dolled up after my daughter's wedding so you can see how it looks.

But, it's a great dress, very flattering, just wish it were tighter around the waist. That's the problem when you have larger breasts. Nothing fits the middle or the top without alteration. I am 5'6", weight 180, I have a 43 chest, 35 waist, and 44 hips (good figure). My weight is deceiving, but I'm a little pudgy. the dress could use a belt for some "break up" since, of course, it doesn't fit like the model. Or, I'll need to take it in. Like I said, I should've gone smaller.

I was pleasantly surprised by this dress. I'm 5'10 and for me to find a dress that is long enough for me and comfortable was amazing. I actually had to have a little bit ofma heal on. I got a lot of compliments on this dress and it fit perfectly for the formal wedding we went to. I thought I was going to be hot because it is a thicker material but I was very comfortable the whole time. It's thinker but soft. Some things to note: the top didn't want to stay offset or off my shoulder (I tried both ways) it mainly wanted to sit at the top of my shoulder/neck which was ok because the fabric is comfortable and didn't choke me. It also creates a nice look of the high front and lower back. Also if you are going to wear hose, make sure you get ones that stay up and connect to your bra area. The strapless bra I had was terrible and the hose I had kept rolling down so I had to make sure they connected or else I would get rippling on my back. So make sure your undergarments fit the dress well, if you wear them 😆 All in all it was a great dress for a fantastic formal wedding. I will wear this dress again to another formal event for sure.

Not gonna lie - I was a little peeved when I found out a good friends wedding was 'black tie' and I was gonna have to buy a maternity gown id only ever wear once. Pre pregnancy I generally wore 8/10/M/160lb/32HH. I'm 5'4 and now 6mo+ pregnant probably around 36HH/175lb but not sure. I bought a large to account for the belly and it's gorgeous and incredibly comfortable tbh. Also stretchy enough that bet I could wear this 9mo prego if I wanted to. Added 2 silver belt chains just to add a little something something. Only wearing 2 inch heels Perfect, affordable gown.

I ordered this dress to wear for a wedding. It was perfect. I ordered it on Sunday and received it by Wednesday. Amazon had the option to have it shipped by Tuesday, however I opted for a Wednesday delivery since I ordered other items and wanted to receive one box instead of multiple. The dress was thicker than I expected so expect a nice quality item. It was not the most flowy because of the material but I enjoyed that because it did not cling to my body or anything like that . Perfect for the wedding and I didn’t need shapewear because of the material. Overall great purchase and affordable!

I was impressed with this dress. I ended up sizing up b/c my regular size was tighter than I was comfortable with. It fit well around the body, but the top was a bit loose when worn on one shoulder - it made for a good slouchy shoulder look though. The length of the large was perfect for me at 5’7”.

Absolutely love this dress. Had so many compliments. My family could not believe I found it on Amazon and found all of the accessories on Amazon, as well, to make the dress pop. The only thing I dislike is that I won't be able to wear the dress again. By the end of the night the top of the dress had some areas that looked like the material got snagged. But for the price I paid compared to what others paid for their dresses, I'm okay with just getting to wear it once.
